Aku bagai hidup di kegelapan malam tanpa cahaya bulan dengan memejamkan mata.Begitu gelap dunia ini ku rasa,aku merasa paling kecil di antara orang-orang yang terkecil.Aku tak tahu apa yang harus aku lakukann untuk mengubah hidupku,aku tak tahu harus bagaimana lagi agar semua orang memgerti keadaanku.Apakah aku salah dengan hidupku? Aku tak ingin sperti ini tapi Tuhan menciptakan aku seperti ini,haruskah aku berontak kepada-Nya? AKU MEMANG ORANG KECIL YANG TAK BERDAYA DAN TAK SEMPURNA.Semua orangpun tahu itu dan aku yakin tidak ada satupun orang yang sempurna di dunia ini.!!! Aku yakin di balik semua ini ada hikmah yang terkandung untukku. Aku yakin Tuhan akan berpihak pada hamba-Nya yang benar dan mau bersabar.(amiiin)

1. Perbanyak berolahraga
   Lakukanlah olah raga secara rutin. Berolahraga secara teratur akan melancarkan peredaran darah dan membersihkan tubuh, termasuk kulit dari racun. Peredaran darah yang lancar juga akan memastikan kulit memperoleh asupan nutrisi dan oksigen yang cukup. Selain itu, olahraga juga akan mengurangi stres. Seperti yang kita ketahui, stres merupakan salah satu penyebab munculnya jerawat
   
2. Banyak minum air putih
   Mengkonsumsi air yang cukup sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan kulit kita. Minumlah 6 hingga 8 gelas air (2l) setiap hari.
   
3. Tidur cukup
   Istirahat yang cukup sangat dibutuhkan oleh tubuh kita. Beristirahatlah setidaknya 6 hingga 8 jam setiap hari.
   
   
4. Cuci muka
   Jangan terlalu sering mencuci muka anda, cuci muka sebelum tidur dan jika memang di perlukan saja. jangan terlalu lama menggosok muka apalagi menekannya, lakukan pijatan yang lembut dan dan tidak terlalu lama, gunakan pula air keran agar terjamin kebersihannya.
